Lawn Mowing

Lawn mowing is usually performed on a weekly basis beginning in late April/May and going through the months of October/November depending on the weather. Services will be scheduled for the same day each week so you will know when to expect our crews to be on site.

Our crews will patrol the property to remove trash and other debris before starting. String trimming around obstacles will be performed as well as cleaning up excess lawn clippings in planting beds and on hard surface areas.

Lawn Fertilization & Aeration

Breezy Hill can fertilize your lawn three times a year with granular fertilizer. The spring application (April - May) will contain a crabgrass pre-emergent control. The summer application will be applied in the months of June - July. The fall application (October - November) will be a winterizer formulation with a root builder.

Our crews can also core aerate your lawn to allow water and oxygen to the root system. Sustaining and creating a lush beautiful green lawn.

Bed Edging

All planting beds and tree circles should be edged to a minimum depth of three inches to give them a neat, crisp appearance, and define the bed edges. Our maintenance crews can ensure that your planting bed edges are always looking well maintained.

Shrub Pruning Program

Breezy Hill Nursery crews can prune and shape shrubs to meet your desired width and height requirements. Pruning is usually done two times a season for all shrubs, with the first occurrence in May - June, and the final in August -September. Flowering shrubs will be pruned so as to not interfere with their blooming cycles.

Seasonal Color Programs

Keep your property looking colorful throughout the growing season with one of Breezy Hill's seasonal color programs. We can install spring pansies, summer annuals, fall mums, winter balsam boughs, and much more to enhance the beauty of your property. We can help you achieve four seasons of color.

Spring & Fall Property Clean Up

Our crews can get your property ready for the growing season with a full spring clean up. We will remove any leaves, branches, other debris, and prune the appropriate plants. A pre-emergent weed control can also be applied to your planting beds at this time.

Breezy Hill crews can remove all the leaves that have accumulated and clean off your hard surfaces. Selected plants will be pruned back, annual flowers removed, and winter protection added as your landscape needs.
